玄人志向GW3.5AX2-SU3/REV2.0のRAID設定を"SINGLE"にして、gt110bに接続したところ
usb 4-3: device not accepting address 3, error -71
というエラー発生。設定を"RAID1"に戻したり、HDDを外したりしてみたが状況は変わらず。
なんと昨年12月に投入した玄人志向GW3.5AX2-SU3/REV2.0まで故障と判定。
WD15EARS自体が無事だったのは何よりだが、ガッカリだな～。

が再発し、mount/unmountでえらく時間が掛かって難儀する状況に。
というわけで2009年調達のWD15EADSは廃棄し、WD15EARS単独で運用する事に。

といったエラーが再発。
HDDケースを2010年5月調達のコレガCG-HDC2EU3100から、玄人志向GW3.5AX2-SU3/REV2.0に喚装してみたのだが、どうやら中身である2009年調達のWD15EADSがボチボチ寿命と言うことだろう。
とは言え、はいそうですかと新しくHDDを調達するのも癪なので、WD15EADSをミラーリングで再利用してみる事に。GW3.5AX2-SU3/REV2.0のDIPスイッチを操作した後に電源を入れてRESETボタンを長押し。LEDの点滅が収まれば構成完了という事で、改めてUSBケーブルを接続。
早速partedを起動してみると**“パーティションテーブルが破損している”**と言われたが、元々がRAID0構成で2倍のサイズになってたので無理からぬ事だ。gdiskでキレイにクリーンアップ。

あとは、partedで普通にxfsパーティションを作成。
GT110bの外付け3TBドライブのI/Oエラーが頻発。
低速病だったWD15EADSのRAID0が破綻したのか、LEDの点灯すら怪しくなってきた2010年5月調達のコレガUSB2.0／eSATA接続 3.5インチSATAハードディスクケースCG-HDC2EU3100の問題か、微妙なところだったのだが、玄人志向のGW3.5AX2-SU3/REV2.0に喚装してみた。
RAIDは引き継げなかったので直近2ヶ月分のTSファイルを失う羽目になったが、再構成したらちゃんと3TB分確保できたし、どうやらI/Oエラーは解消した模様。
GW3.5AX2-SU3/REV2.0のRAID構成を変えるのに、DIPスイッチを操作した後に電源を入れてRESETボタンを長押ししなくてはならなかったのが予想外。うっかりシングルモードでUSB接続しちゃったが故にRAIDは引き継げなかったワケじゃ無いと信じたい。
