Apache 1.3.28 release

昨年10月以来となる久々のリリース。バグfixという事。mod_sslも連携してリリースされているので、忘れずに適用すべし。LinuxTips &gt Apache/mod_sslもアップデート。

そういえば2.xもそろそろテストしとかないとなぁ。
